I have worked for Kelly's for 9 months and unfortunately i am leaving as i'm moving out of state, I wanted to share an insider's view of Kelly's Automotive. When i first came to work here i was blown away by the caring attitude the team has, I know that car trouble can be stressful and expensive but with the team at Kelly's i guarantee you will have the least troublesome repair you've ever had. The team of front is always upfront and honest right out of the gate, and one huge thing to me is that when a mistake is made and as we are all human mistakes do happen, Kelly's always steps up to the plate and does right by the customer, never have i seen the team not stand behind their work, it's done right the first time. if ever it's not or something gets missed they are always happy to go the extra mile in taking care of that problem. They care about their customers, and they are a bright shining light in the dark world of auto repair. When i started Dave (the owner) told me he wanted to run a shop that if my mom was in town and i wasn't i would be comfortable sending her here and not worry about calling to check on stuff or make sure she's not getting screwed, and i'm proud to say that is the kind of business Kelly's runs. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family's cars here . There is no one who runs a repair shop with more integrity than these people. Take your car in to them you won't regret it. Top notch service, honesty and integrity are what set Kelly's apart from the competition. I trusted them and i encourage you to trust them as well.
