My 1981 Jeep CJ7 has had issues with over-heating since I’d purchased it a couple years ago. After checking around town with other independents, I’d read where Kelly’s has such a great reputation and decided to give them a try. (You can’t beat a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty !) They were everything and more relative to great work and customer care. Kelly’s did a fantastic job replacing the head gasket and a valve job on my Jeep. Jeep runs like it’s just off the dealership floor 👍 Thank you Jay for all your attention to detail.

The entire team was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service writer and Tammy were knowledgeable and made it easy. Great customer service. The diesel mechanic (tall gentleman forgot his name) was amazing. He knows his stuff and was able to clearly communicate the problem and solution. He even showed me pictures of the condition so that I totally understood. He is a customer service rockstar. Thanks to everyone. Steve

Speedy and friendly service is an understatement. We needed a starter motor replaced, and they had it finished in hours, not days. We'll be back again and again for any need if it ever comes up.

Recently had one of those situations where you can't really figure out easily where the problem is at. Long story short is that Kelly's started working on it and when they got it taken apart found out the problem wasn't there. But since they were there, they replaced some deals that were pretty dried out etc. They did this at no expense to me because they felt it was the " right thing" to do!!!! They could have easily recouped their money in other ways but that's not who they are. Also this was my first time dealing with Greg Unger!!!! What a great addition to the Kelly's automotive team!!!!! And the frosting on this cake is when they call you the next week and ask how things went. And then here comes the Thank You card after that!!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!
