Several weeks ago I brought in an older pickup with electrical problems. Kelly's ran their tests but found nothing conclusive. Meanwhile, I sought out another service source and they did find the real problem. Within five days of Kelly's first service, one of their front desk managers called me for feedback and I explained how someone else had diagnosed the problem for free and told me how to proceed with the repair. When the Kelly's rep heard the story, he said Kelly's would do whatever it took to address the matter. I then gave them my ideas - he agreed completely, and in the end, went further than my first solution. Bottom line is Kelly's went over the top to help me out, and did it in such a way that they have captured my lifetime loyalty. I've never had such gracious and satisfactory service before. Triple A has every reason to recommend them highly - and so do I.
